Religious Education
"It is the hope of the St. Dominic Office of Religious Education that we become a valuable support to the work that you have already begun in your home. We acknowledge your role as the primary educator and it is our honor to have your children in our program. Throughout the year we will have opportunities for your family to join with other parish families in variety of social, educational and spiritual events. We invite you to participate and look forward to seeing you also at our Sunday Liturgies. Please know that we are here to assist you and we look forward to watching your children grow in wisdom, age and grace."

Disciples In Mission
Disciples in Mission offers a way for people to experience spiritual renewal and engage in missionary activity. It brings an evangelizing perspective to everything the parish does. It provides a way for people to grow as dedicated disciples of Jesus. Disciples in Mission will run for three years here at St. Dominic's. Each of us have the opportunity to become a part of a small faith-sharing group. Right now, the coordinators for Disciples in Mission are taking sign-ups for Lenten Activities. If you are interested in participating either as a group facilitator or participant or possibly hosting the group in your home, please take the time to sign-up. Another option is to participate using the family activity booklet. This can be done with your own children or possibly with another one or two families.

Groups will meet six times during Lent to discuss the Sunday lectionary readings. The word of God will come alive, and you will be able to relate it to your everyday life. Joining a group is a great way to enter fully into Lent and to prepare for Easter.
